A Lot Owner who is not a Committee Member can attend a Committee Meeting as an observer. The Lot Owner must give written notices to the Secretary of their intention to attend a meeting, so that the Secretary receives the notice not later than 24 hours  before the meeting starts. The committee can decide that the owner must not be present for consideration and voting on such issues as alleged breach of bylaws.

Please note: the AGM will commence at 6pm. If there are not sufficient lot owners represented for a quorum then at 6:30 the meeting will be void and another AGM will be scheduled for the same time the following week (at which point a quorum is not required for the meeting to go ahead).
